How to relieve blue ball pain?

I've been feeling this deep ache, sometimes quite intense, in my groin area, especially after a long period of not... you know. It's really uncomfortable. What can I do to relieve this 'blue ball' type pain?

Haha, blue balls, bro, been there! Usually, just waiting it out or, you know, getting things done helps. It's more of a temporary thing. Distract yourself with something else for a bit. It usually goes away on its own.

Yaar, that's just a temporary thing, actually. It happens when you're super aroused but don't finish. Best way to relieve it? Well, you know! Or just distract yourself, eventually it subsides. Don't worry too much about it.

I totally get it, that kind of discomfort can be really annoying and distracting. It's just your body reacting to built-up excitement. Usually, it subsides on its own if you just try to relax and shift your focus. It's nothing to be alarmed about.

Ah, the classic blue balls dilemma! Your body is just having a little internal protest, saying 'hey, what gives?!' 😂 Usually, just, um, completing the mission helps. Or, if not possible, a cold compress and a good distraction can work wonders! It's super normal, don't worry!

I've heard of this happening, and from what I understand, it's generally a temporary thing. I don't have any medical advice, but I know people usually just wait it out or find a way to relieve the tension. It's supposed to be harmless.

Dude, I totally panicked when this happened to me the first time! I thought something was seriously wrong. But then I looked it up, and everyone said it's just a normal physiological response, and it goes away. So don't worry, it's common and harmless, it'll pass.

Hey man, don't stress too much about it, it's pretty normal. It's just a temporary discomfort. Focus on something else, maybe a cold shower or some deep breaths? It will pass, just give it some time.
