How to relieve back pain from large breasts?

I have quite large breasts, and I've noticed for a while now that this puts a lot of strain on my upper back and shoulders, causing constant pain. My friends with similar body types also complain about this. What can I do to relieve back pain that comes from having large breasts?

Persistent back pain is not something to ignore, especially if it's due to a physical factor like large breasts. It's really best to consult a doctor or a physiotherapist. They can assess your posture and suggest tailored exercises or solutions to avoid long-term issues.

If it's safe and your doctor approves, strengthening your core and back muscles can really help. Things like plank variations or gentle yoga poses can build support. A good sports bra during workouts is also essential. Even short walks with good posture help.

Using a well-fitting, supportive bra is crucial; make sure it's not too old or stretched out. Sometimes even sleeping on your back with a pillow under your knees can help redistribute weight and relieve pressure. Gentle stretching for your shoulders and upper back might also provide some comfort.

Beta, comfort is very important. For back pain, a warm oil massage with medicated oil can bring temporary relief. Always sit and stand with good posture, pulling your shoulders back. But please, if the pain is constant, consult a lady doctor.

While large breasts can be a direct cause, sometimes underlying issues like hormonal imbalances (which can affect breast size and general aches) should also be considered. If you haven't recently, maybe get a general check-up including thyroid tests. Always keep your doctor informed about persistent pain.

Oh, back pain from that must be so difficult to deal with every day! I always worry about posture and long-term effects. Have you tried looking into specialized posture correctors? Or maybe even talking to a doctor about all available options, not just temporary fixes. Take care!

I don't have large breasts myself, but my cousin does and she always complains about back pain. She found that regular massages and sleeping on a firmer mattress helped her a bit. Just sharing what she told me.

This is definitely a physical issue that needs proper medical advice. Don't rely on random tips. Go to a reputed hospital, see an orthopedic specialist or a physiotherapist, and ask them clearly for a management plan. They can guide you best.

Oh my god, I completely get this! My friend has similar issues and she says a really good, well-fitted bra makes the biggest difference. Also, she does some shoulder and back exercises she got from a physio. Maybe that could help you too?
