How to relieve back pain after vomiting?

After a bout of food poisoning last night, I ended up vomiting quite a lot, and now my back is really sore. It feels like I pulled a muscle or something from the strain. What are some ways to relieve this back pain after vomiting?

Oh, I've had that! After a really bad bout of vomiting, my back was killing me, I thought something serious was wrong. But actually, it's just from the muscle strain. A warm compress and resting really helped me. Don't worry too much, it usually settles down.

Dude, that totally sucks! Vomiting is exhausting, and then the back pain just adds to it. Don't stress too much, it's probably just muscle strain. Get some rest, maybe a warm bath or a heating pad. You'll feel better soon, pakka.

Hota hai yeh, ulti ke baad kamar mein dard. Mere saath bhi hua hai. Sabse simple hai, garam pani ki bottle ya hot pack rakho kamar par. Aur thoda aaram karo, seedha let ke. Zyada uchal-kood mat karna. Simple solution se hi relief milta hai.

Your body has been through a lot, dear. Give it time to recover. Gentle self-care, like warmth and rest, can bring comfort. Trust that your body knows how to heal. Keep positive thoughts, and be kind to yourself.

This kind of back pain is usually muscle strain from the force of vomiting. The best approach is gentle rest, but don't just lie still. Try to do some very mild stretches if you can. A heating pad on your lower back can also do wonders for relaxing those stressed muscles. Stay hydrated too.

I literally just went through this last week after food poisoning. My back was so sore! What helped me was a hot shower and then I lay down on a firm surface with a pillow under my knees. Also, I made sure to stay super hydrated. It slowly got better after a day or two.
