How to relieve back neck pain?

My neck and upper back have been so stiff and painful lately, especially after working on my laptop for long hours. It feels like a constant knot. What are some good ways to relieve this nagging back and neck pain?

Back and neck pain can sometimes indicate underlying issues, especially if it's persistent. Please don't just rely on home remedies. Get it properly checked by an orthopedist to rule out anything serious and get a correct diagnosis. Better safe than sorry.

I ignored my neck pain for months, thinking it was just stress. It became so bad I couldn't turn my head properly. My advice: don't wait. Get it checked out by a doctor or a physiotherapist early on. It makes a huge difference in recovery time.

For my back and neck pain, I found a good orthopedic pillow really made a difference, and I also try to take breaks from my laptop every hour to stretch. I also applied a hot water bottle for comfort. But I didn't take any medicine for it.

Back-neck pain bohot irritating hota hai ho na? Proper posture rakhna bohot zaroori hai. Meri mummy toh garam tel se malish karti hai, usse thoda relax milta hai. Aur haan, ek baar doctor ko bhi dikha dena achha rehta hai na?

Hey, back and neck pain is common, especially with desk jobs. Try to take regular breaks, stand up, and do some gentle neck rolls and shoulder shrugs. A heat pack can also provide temporary relief. Make sure your posture is good while working and sleeping, that's crucial.

Bro, my neck and back ache after gaming too long sometimes. I just put on a heat pad and try to sit up straight for a while. Also, stretch your shoulders and neck a bit, really helps. Don't just sit hunched over.
