This kind of pain needs consistent care. Fiber-rich diet is a must, like green vegetables and fruits, to make stools soft. Drink plenty of water. A sitz bath, where you sit in warm water, can give a lot of relief. You can get a special tub for it or use your regular bucket.

I really regret not getting something similar checked out sooner. It just got worse and more painful. My advice is, don't be shy or embarrassed, just make an appointment with a specialist. They deal with these things every day.

Ah, the joys of getting older, new pains in new places! 😂 On a serious note, this is one of those things you really can't ignore. Lots of water, softer foods, and a good doctor is your best friend here. No need to suffer in silence.

For something like this, going to a good gastroenterologist is important. Don't self-medicate or follow random advice. Ask your doctor clearly about dietary changes, any specific creams or medicines, and what to watch out for. Only they can give proper guidance.

Please, please see a doctor for this. I ignored similar symptoms for too long and it led to more complications. It's embarrassing to talk about, I know, but it's important for your health. A doctor can prescribe the right treatment to prevent it from getting worse.

Any pain in that area needs to be properly evaluated by a medical professional, just to be safe. It might be a fissure, but it's always best to get a confirmed diagnosis. Don't delay seeing a doctor, early treatment is better.
