Hey there! Heel pain can be really bothersome. Mere saath bhi hua tha after I started walking more. What helped me personally was wearing really good, cushioned shoes, even inside the house. And gentle stretches in the morning before stepping out of bed.
Uff, heel pain is the worst! Does it feel like a sharp stab in the morning when you take your first few steps? I get that sometimes, and it worries me. Has anyone else felt that specific kind of pain, ya it's just me?
Heel pain can be quite common, especially if you're on your feet a lot. Don't stress too much about it, but do pay attention. Maybe try icing the area after a long day and definitely check if your footwear is giving proper support. Small changes can make a big difference.
Hi! Heel pain can be due to many reasons, like plantar fasciitis or just tired feet. A simple thing to try is rolling your foot on a frozen water bottle for a few minutes. Also, make sure you're not gaining weight too fast, that can put extra pressure. If it persists, a physio can really help you out, honestly.

Achha, heel pain. I remember having that when I was younger, after long hours at the office. Usually, it's nothing very serious, often from strain. Just rest your feet and give them good support, son/daughter. It will pass, just need patience.
