Stomach pain can be tricky, especially if you have diabetes. I always have to be super careful what I eat. For me, sometimes it's just acidity, for that a little ajwain water helps. But avoid anything sugary or very oily if you're not sure, it can make things worse. Always better to check with your doc if it's persistent.

Oh, stomach pain is the worst! I've tried so many things. Sometimes hing mixed in warm water gives quick relief. Or jeera water. But if it's severe or keeps coming back, then you definitely need to see a doctor. Home remedies are good for mild, occasional pain.

I get stomach pain sometimes too, and it makes me so worried. Does anyone else get it when they're stressed? I feel like mine acts up then. For me, a hot water bottle on my tummy helps a bit. But I always wonder if it's something more serious.

It's really hard when you have stomach pain, it can completely ruin your day and make you feel so low. Don't feel bad for struggling with it. Sometimes just resting and keeping warm helps. But if the pain is severe or comes with other symptoms, please don't ignore it, get it checked.

Hey! 😊 Stomach pain can be a real party pooper. Try ginger tea, it often works wonders for me! Just slice some fresh ginger, boil it in water, and sip. Hope you feel better soon! ✨

Agreed with others, a hot water bottle is a lifesaver for mild cramps. And if it's acidity, a spoonful of saunf after meals can sometimes prevent it from starting.

I just had a bad bout of stomach pain last week, mere saath bhi hua tha! For me, it turned out to be something I ate. My doctor told me to stick to a bland diet for a couple of days - boiled rice, curd, khichdi. And drink lots of water. It really helped settle my stomach.

With thyroid issues, my digestion is sometimes off, leading to stomach discomfort. Always good to rule out any underlying issues. Make sure you're getting your regular check-ups done. And avoid eating anything that usually triggers your stomach, for me it's spicy food.
