How to release pain in shoulder?

For the past few days, my right shoulder has been really stiff and painful. I think it's from sitting at my computer all day. It's making it hard to even lift my arm properly.

See, for any persistent pain, especially in joints like the shoulder, you absolutely must consult a good orthopaedic doctor. Self-medication ya home remedies only work for very minor issues. They can suggest physiotherapy or proper medication after diagnosis. Please don't delay.

Yaar, shoulder pain can be quite concerning, I totally get it. Sometimes it's just muscle strain, but it's okay to feel worried. Don't stress too much, but definitely get it checked out by a doctor to rule out anything serious. Peace of mind is important.

I had shoulder pain once and got really scared, thinking it was something serious! Turns out, I just slept in a weird position and overworked it at the gym. It subsided with some rest and light massage. But yeah, if it's bothering you a lot, a doctor visit is best just to be sure.

Honestly, shoulder pain can have many causes, from simple sprains to something more complex. While some rest and ice/heat might offer temporary relief, it's always best to get a professional medical opinion. Your doctor can accurately diagnose the issue and recommend a tailored treatment plan for you.

For mild shoulder stiffness, gentle stretches and mindful breathing can sometimes help. I practice some simple shoulder rotations and neck movements with deep breaths. But remember, this is only for minor discomfort. If your pain is sharp or continuous, please consult a healthcare professional. Listen to your body.
