Oh, gas pain can be so incredibly uncomfortable and sometimes even scary, making you think it's something worse. I totally understand how frustrating it is. For immediate relief, sometimes gently massaging your abdomen in a clockwise direction can help. And trying to pass wind, even if it feels awkward.

Beti, gas is a very common problem, don't worry too much. We used to drink ajwain water, boiled with a little pinch of salt, and it really helped. Also, a little bit of walking after meals helps with digestion and releases gas. Simple things, but effective.

Gas pain? Ah, the joy of getting older! Sometimes I feel like a walking pressure cooker. What usually works for me is a glass of warm water with a squeeze of lemon and a tiny bit of baking soda. Or just walk around a bit. And yes, passing wind unapologetically, it's a necessary evil!

Beyond diet, movement helps a lot with gas. A brisk walk after meals, even for 15-20 minutes, can really aid digestion and prevent gas buildup. Light stretches or gentle yoga can also help release trapped gas. If the pain is severe or persistent, definitely see a doctor.

I had terrible gas pain last week after eating something heavy. What helped me instantly was lying down on my back and doing the 'wind-relieving pose' (Pawanmuktasana) from yoga. Also, drinking a bit of ginger tea helped calm my stomach. Try to avoid gassy foods for a while.
