How to reduce ulcer pain?

I've been diagnosed with stomach ulcers, and the pain after eating is quite severe and burning. My doctor prescribed medication, but I'm looking for additional ways to manage the discomfort. How can I reduce ulcer pain?

Hey, ulcer pain can be really uncomfortable, I know. First, see a doctor to confirm it's an ulcer and get proper medication. Meanwhile, try to eat bland food, avoid spicy stuff, caffeine, and alcohol. Small, frequent meals are better than three large ones. Don't ignore it, okay?

For ulcer pain, my neighbour swears by a glass of cold milk to get immediate relief. Also, try to eat on time, don't keep your stomach empty for too long. And avoid all those masalas and chillies for a while. It's tough, but it helps.

Ulcer pain, haan, I remember. It used to bother me many years ago. The doctor told me to reduce stress, that was a big factor. And bland food, like khichdi, dahi-bhat. Don't worry, with proper medication and diet, it gets better. Just follow the doctor's advice carefully.

Ulcer pain? Oh man, like I need another reason to feel miserable and lose sleep! Make sure you see a doc first. In the meantime, I'd probably just stick to plain rice and dal, and try not to think about all the yummy spicy food I'm missing. Send help!

Seriously, for something like ulcer pain, please don't just pick up random remedies from the internet. You need a proper diagnosis. What works for one person might be harmful for another. Go to a doctor, get tested, and follow the treatment plan they prescribe. It's your health, be smart.
