How to reduce toe pain?

I've been playing a lot of football lately and now my big toe is really hurting, especially after a long walk. It's a dull ache but constant. What can I do to relieve this toe pain?

Ayyo, toe pain is not good, beta. Try soaking your feet in warm water, put a little salt also. And rub some warm oil, like mustard oil, on it gently. Make sure your chappals are soft, haan. If it still hurts, dikhao doctor ko.

Toe pain can be super annoying, especially if you're active. I use my fitness tracker to monitor if I'm overdoing it. Make sure your shoes have good support, and try soaking your feet in warm water with Epsom salts. If it persists, a podiatrist might be helpful!

Ugh, toe pain means no walking to get my favorite street food! 😩 For minor pain, I usually just prop my feet up and chill. Maybe a warm foot bath? But if it's bad, definitely see a doctor, don't want to miss out on good food because of a bad toe!

Is your toe trying to escape your foot? 😂 Kidding! But seriously, toe pain can be a real pain. Check your shoes, maybe they're too tight. Or maybe you stubbed it and forgot. Ice pack, elevate, and if it's still protesting, get it checked, don't let it win!
