How to reduce thyroid antibodies?

My latest blood tests showed high thyroid antibodies, which my doctor said indicates an autoimmune condition. I'm worried about it getting worse. What can I do to reduce thyroid antibodies?

I remember when my wife had high thyroid antibodies, her endocrinologist at Apollo explained that specific dietary changes can sometimes help, like avoiding gluten or dairy, but it's very individual. You should ask your doctor directly if such dietary interventions are suitable for your specific case and antibodies.

Oh, when I first saw my antibody levels, I totally freaked out! But my doctor reassured me that while they indicate an autoimmune condition, many people manage it well. Focus on overall well-being, stress reduction, and consistent medication. It's not a death sentence, don't worry.

Antibodies ka high hona thoda scary lagta hai, ho na? My mausi also has this. She follows all her doctor's advice and also tries to eat homemade food, lots of green vegetables. They say stress bhi kam karna chahiye, which is always difficult, haan na?

For antibodies, always listen to the doctor first, beta. But in our homes, we always believed in good rest and warm, freshly cooked food. Some people find turmeric and ashwagandha helpful for general immunity, but use them carefully and only after asking your medical advisor.

I also have high thyroid antibodies and it makes me so anxious about my future health. Has anyone here managed to actually lower their antibody count significantly? And if so, what did your doctors recommend? I feel like I'm doing everything but they still stay high.

Reducing antibodies is a long-term thing, not something that happens overnight, so don't get disheartened. My friend's doctor suggested focusing on gut health and anti-inflammatory foods. Also, reducing stress is super important. Maybe try meditation or light yoga?

It's completely normal to feel anxious when you hear about high antibodies, I felt the same. It makes you feel like your body is fighting itself. But take a deep breath. The first step is to talk to your endocrinologist and understand *their* plan for you. Don't rely solely on internet info for such conditions.

High antibodies often point to systemic inflammation. Gentle yoga asanas and regular pranayama, particularly Nadi Shodhana, can help calm the nervous system and potentially reduce inflammation. However, this must be alongside proper medical treatment, never as a sole solution.

Yaar, thyroid antibodies are such a headache, na? My friend has them. Actually, her doc told her to check for gluten and dairy intolerance. Sometimes removing them helps. But haan, don't just do it, proper doctor se consult karke hi karna.

I understand the struggle with thyroid antibodies. Besides medication, I've tried including selenium-rich foods, and probiotic supplements for gut health, as some studies suggest a link. It's about finding what works for *your* body with your doctor's guidance. Patience is key.
