Gargling with warm salt water several times a day works wonders. Also, try sipping on warm herbal tea with honey and ginger. Avoid cold drinks and spicy food for a few days. If it persists for more than 2-3 days, then it's time to see a doctor.

While home remedies offer temporary relief, it's important to understand the cause of throat pain. If accompanied by fever, difficulty swallowing, or body aches, a doctor's consultation is essential. For minor irritations, warm fluids and rest are usually helpful.

Yaar, throat pain is so irritating, especially when you can't even talk properly. I usually just stick to warm water and honey. And actually, steaming also helps a lot to clear things up. Don't eat anything too cold or oily, haan.

Oh no! Feel better soon! 🥰 Try making some kadha at home with ginger, tulsi, and honey. It's my go-to for a sore throat! Warm water sips also help! ✨

For throat discomfort, gentle steam inhalation can be very soothing. Also, practices like Ujjayi breathing, done softly, can sometimes help clear the congestion and ease the throat. Remember to listen to your body and not strain.

Ugh, throat pain is the worst because then you can't enjoy all the good food! 😩 I usually crave something warm and soft, like a nice dal khichdi. But yeah, sticking to warm liquids and no spicy food is key, even though my taste buds protest! 😂

Hey! Throat pain is the worst, I literally had it last week. What worked for me was drinking lots of warm water, and I made this ginger-honey tea a few times a day. Also, avoid talking too much if you can, it gives your throat some rest.

I always go for natural remedies first. Turmeric milk before bed is great, and also gargling with lukewarm water and a pinch of turmeric powder. But please, if it's very severe, or you have a high fever, don't delay seeing a doctor, haan.

Many people face this, dear. Along with salt water gargles, try to avoid very cold or very hot foods and drinks. Keep your throat covered, especially when you sleep. Sometimes just resting your voice completely for a day helps immensely. Take care.
