How to reduce psoriasis on scalp naturally?

My scalp has been so itchy and flaky lately, and the dermatologist said it might be psoriasis. I really want to try some natural remedies before going for strong medications. What can I do to reduce this irritation at home?

Beta, for scalp issues, my nani used to say try applying a little neem oil overnight. It's natural and has healing properties. But if it's severe, definitely show it to a proper doctor, don't just rely on home remedies for everything.

Ugh, scalp issues are the worst! Don't stress too much about it, yaar, that just makes everything worse. My cousin had something similar and swore by apple cider vinegar rinses (diluted, of course!). Maybe check online for proper dilution ratios? But yeah, if it's really bad, doc ko dikha do.

Uff, yeh scalp problems! I sometimes feel like my head is a science experiment. Honestly, I've tried everything under the sun. Just keep it clean and moisturized, and don't scratch like there's no tomorrow, no matter how tempting it is. Otherwise, you'll be pulling out hair too!

I had terrible scalp psoriasis last year! What worked for me was religiously applying a mix of coconut oil and a few drops of tea tree oil before washing my hair. And reducing stress was super important. It doesn't disappear overnight, but it definitely helped calm the flares. Give it a try, but be patient.

My dermatologist explained that scalp psoriasis needs proper medical diagnosis first. For natural things, she suggested using coal tar shampoos or salicylic acid based ones, but not too often. She also said aloe vera gel can soothe it. Always check with your doctor before trying new things, though.

Keep your mind calm and positive, that really helps with any body issue. Stress can make things worse, I've seen it. Take care of yourself, both inside and out. Do some light meditation, it helps a lot.

Hey, it sounds really uncomfortable, I hope you find relief soon. Just be gentle with your scalp, don't use harsh chemical products. Maybe try to find a natural shampoo designed for sensitive scalps. And don't feel shy to see a skin specialist, they can guide you best.
