I totally feel you, those first two days can be absolutely brutal. I usually make a simple ginger and black pepper tea which warms up the stomach and eases the spasm. Also, doing very light butterfly stretches on the bed itself gives some quick relief.

I cannot say what will work for you, but for my own cramps, avoiding dairy and heavy oily food during those days helps reduce the bloating and pain. I also rely entirely on my trusty hot water bag. Everyone's body is different, so what works for me might not suit everyone.

Look, natural ways are fine for mild pain, but don't tolerate extreme agony thinking medicines are bad. Drink warm water, take proper rest, and don't skip your meals. But if the pain is making you cry, go see a gynecologist instead of suffering.

Hey! Warm chamomile tea and a cozy blanket always do the trick for me. Try to pamper yourself a bit, listen to some light music, and keep that heating pad close. You'll get through this phase easily, just hang in there!

Please take it easy today and rest as much as you can. Drinking some warm water or herbal tea might make you feel a bit comfortable. I hope your pain subsides very soon.

In our family, my mother always suggests drinking warm water mixed with a little ghee and methi seeds for cramp relief. It works well for my sister, but we also ensure she visits her doctor regularly. Simple home methods are good, but medical advice is always the safest path.
