Make sure you are giving your body plenty of rest right now! Eating simple, freshly made home food is the best gift you can give to your liver to help it recover. Stay positive and make sure to consult your doctor to get the right treatment plan!

Hey, liver swelling sounds pretty serious, so please don't try any viral internet detox hacks. My dad had this and his doctor put him on a strict low-salt, simple diet with regular checkups. Definitely get a professional doctor's opinion on this as soon as possible.

I know how scary it feels when you hear terms like liver swelling or hepatomegaly in your reports, it really made me lose sleep for weeks. Please remember that with proper medical care and a healthy lifestyle, the liver has a wonderful ability to recover. Take it slow and trust your doctor.

Liver swelling can be caused by various factors, including fatty changes, viral infections, or medication side effects. It is vital to stop taking any self-prescribed medications immediately, especially over-the-counter pain relievers, as they strain the liver. Please get a proper blood panel and ultrasound done as advised by a physician.
