Beta, don't panic if you are worried about your kidney health. Over the last twenty years, I have seen that keeping blood pressure and sugar strictly in check is the most important thing. Rest, eat simple home-cooked food with low salt and you will be absolutely fine.

There are many generic tips online but kidney health is highly specific to your medical history. Please consult a nephrologist before starting any special diets or high-protein supplements. They can guide you on the exact tests like serum creatinine and egfr to monitor your status.

Actually keeping kidneys safe is all about basic habits, yaar. Just stop popping painkillers like candy whenever you have a headache, it badly affects the kidneys. Drink enough water daily and get a basic renal function test done once a year to be safe.

Staying active is great for preventing complications but make sure to check with your doctor before starting any intense workouts. I usually prefer a brisk 40-minute walk every morning to keep my circulation good. It helps manage weight and blood pressure, which is excellent for your kidneys.

Haan, kidney ka khayal rakhna toh bahut zaroori hai na. Khaane mein namak thoda kam rakho aur baahar ka processed food bilkul band kar do. Aur paani dhang se peeya karo dinbhar, bas yahi sab choti baatein bahut bada difference laati hain.

I used to ignore slight swelling in my ankles and mild fatigue thinking it was just tiredness from work. By the time I went for a checkup my kidney parameters were quite bad. Please don't repeat my mistake, go get your urine routine and blood tests done immediately if you feel anything is off.

Gentle daily movement and deep breathing exercises like Kapalbhati and Anulom Vilom help improve overall circulation, including to the kidneys. Keep your mind calm and stress-free because high stress affects your blood pressure, which in turn strains the kidneys. Listen to your body and rest well.
