Just chew half a teaspoon of fennel seeds (saunf) after your meals, or drink a glass of warm water with a pinch of hing (asafoetida). It releases the trapped gas and reduces the burning pain within minutes.

Whenever I get sharp indigestion pain, drinking a glass of cold milk slowly helps soothe my stomach lining. I also make sure to walk slowly for 10 minutes instead of lying down.

For quick relief, you can take a spoonful of any antacid gel or use an Eno. But try to avoid heavy, oily dinners late at night and keep a gap of at least two hours between your meal and bedtime.

I totally get it, that tight, squeezing pain in the upper stomach can make you so restless. Try sipping lukewarm water with a squeeze of fresh lemon and honey to help settle your stomach.

Cut out the junk and stop skipping meals first. Indigestion is usually a result of erratic eating times. Stick to home food for a week, drink black tea with lemon, and you will see the pain disappear.

My gut is very sensitive due to PCOS-related inflammation, so I get indigestion often. Chamomile tea helps me, but if your pain is constant and accompanied by vomiting, please consult a physician.

Don't worry! 🌸 Try drinking mint tea or chewing some jeera (cumin) seeds. It acts like a natural magic eraser for stomach heaviness! 🍵✨

Please be careful if the indigestion pain spreads to your back or shoulder. My father ignored what he thought was basic acidity, and it turned out to be gallbladder stones that required urgent attention. Please see a doctor if it persists.

I once rushed to the hospital thinking I was having a heart attack, but it was just severe chest pressure from indigestion gas! The doctor gave me a simple antacid and I was fine in ten minutes. It is very common, don't worry.
