Gentle stretching and not sitting in one position for more than an hour helps a lot with hip stiffness. You can also try applying a hot water bag to the painful area twice a day for 15 minutes. If it doesn't get better, a doctor's visit is highly recommended.

I ignored a dull ache in my hip for a year, thinking it was just work stress, and ended up with severe joint wear that required long therapy. Please go get an x-ray or consult an orthopaedic doctor before it gets worse.

My hip started acting like it belonged to an 80-year-old grandfather when I turned 35! Turns out, my wallet in my back pocket was causing my alignment to go bad. Stopped sitting on my wallet and the pain vanished!

Don't try random stretches you see on social media, as they can worsen your hip joint if you have a labral tear or arthritis. Go to a certified physiotherapist or orthopaedist to get it diagnosed properly.

A simple trick is to sleep with a soft pillow between your knees if you sleep on your side! 🛌 It keeps your hips aligned and reduces the morning ache beautifully. Try it tonight! ✨

My posture app kept alerting me about slouching, which was causing my hip pain. I started doing 10 minutes of hip mobility drills like glute bridges and pigeon pose daily. Tracking my daily step goal also helped reduce the stiffness.

I was convinced I had some serious joint disease when my right hip started hurting constantly. But it was just a simple muscle strain from bad posture. A few days of hot fermentation and rest cured it completely, so don't worry.

Beta, you can gently massage the area with warm mustard oil mixed with a little garlic. Avoid sitting on low stools or folding your legs on the floor for some days, and keep your body warm.
