My grandmother always recommended drinking warm water with amla powder in the morning for liver health. However, please consult a gastroenterologist first to find out why your enzymes are elevated, as proper medical diagnosis is very important.

My SGOT and SGPT levels were sky-high last year due to bad eating habits. I stopped alcohol, oily food, and bakery items completely for two months, and my enzymes came back to normal. Simple home-cooked food works best.

Avoid self-medicating with heavy pain killers and health supplements as they put extra load on the liver. Drink lots of water, eat fresh green vegetables, and walk for 30 minutes daily to reduce fatty liver naturally.

Since I have diabetes, elevated liver enzymes are often linked to fatty liver. I had to strictly control my carbohydrate intake, avoid refined sugars, and walk regularly. Getting regular LFT tests under my doctor's supervision is crucial.

Focus on losing weight if your BMI is on the higher side, as visceral fat directly causes high liver enzymes. Incorporate moderate cardio, eat high-fiber foods, and avoid sugary drinks completely. It makes a huge difference.
