High fever makes the whole body ache so badly, haan na. You should do cold sponging on the forehead and neck with normal tap water. It brings the temperature down very quickly.

Keep your mind calm and trust the healing power of your body. Drink plenty of warm water, take complete rest, and let the fever run its course while praying for a speedy recovery. God bless you.

When suffering from high fever, sit quietly and do Shitali pranayama to cool the internal system naturally. Keep your diet extremely light with only rice kanji or moong dal khichdi so your body's energy is used for healing.

Get well soon! 🌸 Try drinking lukewarm water with a bit of lemon. Just chill under a fan on low speed, and don't bundle yourself up too much, let the heat escape! 🤒✨

Drinking warm tulsi and ginger tea helps a lot in sweating out the fever naturally. But if the temperature goes above 102 degrees or doesn't drop in 2 days, please consult a doctor immediately.

Bro, don't stress too much, just pop a paracetamol if you have one at home and wrap yourself in a light sheet, not heavy blankets. Keep drinking coconut water and rest up. You will be fine in a day or two!

When managing high fever, be careful about the fluids you drink if you have diabetes. Avoid sweet packed juices; instead, stick to plain water, barley water, or clear vegetable soup to keep hydration up without spiking sugar.

Oh, I totally get it, that weak and shivering feeling during a high fever is just the worst. Please don't force yourself to eat heavy food; just focus on staying hydrated with warm soups and juices.

I remember crying from weakness when I had dengue last year, the constant high fever is so exhausting. It is completely okay to feel down and tired, just pamper yourself and let your family take care of you right now.

Is the fever accompanied by a severe headache or throat pain? Please keep a digital thermometer handy and note down the readings every few hours so you can show them to a doctor if it doesn't break.

Put wet cotton cloth strips on the forehead and keep changing them every few minutes to pull the heat out. Along with this, you must consult a doctor if the fever persists, as infections need proper medicine.

In my experience, when I had a bad viral fever, taking a lukewarm sponge bath worked better than cold water. It brought down my shivering significantly. I also made sure to sleep as much as possible.
