How to reduce heel pain?

I've been experiencing a dull pain in my heel for the past few weeks, especially when I get out of bed in the morning. It eases up a bit during the day but comes back. How can I reduce this heel pain?

I suffered from this for six months. Rolled a frozen water bottle under my feet every evening and it worked wonders.

Oh heel pain is so annoying in the morning! 🙈 Try doing basic calf stretches before stepping out of bed. Getting soft orthotic insoles for my daily shoes also helped me run around again! 👟

Since I have hypertension, my doctor always checks my weight and uric acid levels whenever I report new aches like heel pain. Reducing weight through light walks in cushioned shoes and getting my blood work checked helped me manage the load on my heels.

Does anyone else get a sharp, stabbing pain the moment they take their very first step in the morning? It gets slightly better as I walk but then hurts again if I sit too long. Should I be worried about bone spurs or is this just muscle tiredness?

Simple ghar ka solutions works best. Stop walking barefoot on tiled floors at home and buy a pair of cheap, soft rubber slippers just for indoor use. Also, soak your feet in warm water mixed with rock salt for 15 minutes before sleeping.
