Please be very careful if your headache is sudden, severe, or accompanied by vomiting or blurred vision. I once ignored a persistent headache that turned out to be a symptom of dangerously high blood pressure. Don't rely on self-treatment; get checked by a doctor.

I get these awful headaches whenever I forget to drink water during my busy days. Keep a beautiful water bottle next to you as a reminder to hydrate. Applying a cool, wet towel over your eyes and lying down for fifteen minutes also works like magic.

Lack of outdoor activity and fresh oxygen is a major cause of dull head pain. If you feel a headache starting, try going for a slow 20-minute walk in a park. Just don't do heavy cardio or weight training if your head is already throbbing.

I was getting daily tension headaches due to posture issues at my desk job. I started taking short breaks, adjusting my monitor height, and doing basic neck stretches. My head pain has completely stopped now, so definitely check your posture.

Headaches can really ruin your whole day, haan! Try drinking a cup of warm ginger tea and resting in a dark room for some time, na. Avoid looking at your mobile screen completely until you feel better.

Frequent headaches should never be self-medicated with over-the-counter painkillers, as overuse can cause rebound headaches. It is much safer to visit a general physician to rule out issues like sinusitis, high BP, or eye strain.

Before running for expensive MRI scans which can cost a lot, visit a local ophthalmologist to check your eye numbers. Often, a simple and affordable pair of reading glasses solves persistent daily headaches. It is a very cost-effective first step.

With PCOS, hormonal fluctuations can trigger regular headaches, especially before periods. I find that keeping a food diary helps identify if dairy or caffeine is triggering them. It is always best to discuss these patterns with your endocrinologist.

My doctor at the hospital explained that my headaches were caused by chronic sinus congestion. She prescribed specific nasal sprays and advised me to avoid self-medicating with random pain pills. Go to a good doctor to get an accurate diagnosis.

Drinking warm ginger water or applying a little sandalwood paste on your forehead can calm a mild headache. However, if your head pain is extremely sharp, doesn't go away with rest, or is accompanied by fever, please visit a clinic immediately.
