How to reduce gum pain?

My gums have been hurting a lot lately, especially when I brush my teeth. Sometimes they even bleed a little. I'm worried it might be something serious, so I'm looking for ways to relieve the pain.

Gum pain can actually affect your workouts if you can't focus. Make sure you aren't brushing too hard, as aggressive brushing ruins the gums. Get enough Vitamin C in your diet and stay hydrated while you wait to see a dentist.

My grandmother used to say that rinsing with warm salt water twice a day reduces gum swelling. It works well as a temporary relief, but gum pain often means there is an infection. Please consult a dentist to get a proper cleaning done.

Honestly, if you have a busy schedule, don't waste days waiting for gum pain to go away. Use a soft-bristle toothbrush immediately to stop further irritation. Book a quick dental appointment over the weekend to find the real cause.

Gum pain makes eating anything so difficult, haan na. You can try applying a tiny bit of clove oil on a cotton swab and pressing it gently on the hurting spot. It numbs the pain for some time, but dentist checkup is necessary.

My dentist told me that persistent gum pain is often due to plaque buildup or early gingivitis. He advised me to floss daily and prescribed a chlorhexidine mouthwash for a week. Don't ignore it, as untreated gum issues can lead to bone loss around teeth.
