How to reduce fever in adults naturally?

I'm having a fever but I want to avoid taking too many pills. Can anyone suggest some natural remedies to bring down fever in adults? My mother always talks about ghar ke nuskhe.

To reduce fever naturally, focus on your hydration metrics. Sip on coconut water, fresh lime juice, or ORS to replace lost electrolytes. Track your body temperature with a reliable digital thermometer and ensure you get at least 8-9 hours of deep sleep.

When you have a fever, please completely skip your gym sessions and walks. Your body needs all its energy to fight the infection naturally, so resting in bed is your best workout right now. Only resume light activities after your temperature is normal for 48 hours.

Don't waste time on complex home remedies when you are busy. The most efficient natural way is simple tepid sponging and drinking 3 liters of water throughout the day. It helps bring down the temperature safely while you rest.

Keep your mind calm and trust your body's natural healing power, as fever is just a sign of your immune system working. Sip warm herbal tea like tulsi water, breathe deeply, and rest. Take care and stay positive.

At 52, my body takes a bit longer to fight off a fever naturally. I just lie down under a fan, sip warm barley water, and accept that I can't run around like a 20-year-old anymore. A day of absolute laziness is the best natural cure!

Doing very gentle, deep abdominal breathing (Pranayama) while lying down helps to calm the nervous system and cool the body naturally. Sip lukewarm water and avoid heavy, oily foods to let your internal system focus entirely on healing.

I tried to treat my high fever naturally with herbal drinks for four days, and it turned out to be severe malaria. Please, natural methods are fine for mild fevers, but if it crosses 101 or doesn't go away, get a blood test and see a doctor immediately.
