How to reduce fatty liver in 14 days?

I've heard about people reducing fatty liver in a short time. Is it possible to make a significant difference in just 14 days? What kind of diet or routine would that involve?

Honestly, from what I have read, it is medically impossible to completely cure fatty liver in just 14 days. It takes months of lifestyle changes to actually reverse the fat build-up. But starting a clean diet now will definitely set you on the right path.

14 days? Unless you have a magic wand, your liver won't shed fat that fast! Let's give that poor organ some time to recover from years of biryani and sweets. Just start eating green veggies now and be patient.

In 14 days, you can definitely kickstart the detoxification process. Cut out alcohol, white bread, and sugar completely starting today. You will start feeling lighter and your digestion will improve, but keep going for at least 3 months for real results.

I know you want quick results, but please don't go for detox tea or extreme crash diets, they can harm your liver more. Just start drinking plenty of water and eating methi seeds soaked in water. Slow and steady progress is the safest way.

Don't waste money on expensive 14-day detox packages or supplements, they don't work. Instead, save that money for a proper ultrasound and LFT test after 3 months to track your real progress. A simple, home-cooked low-oil diet is totally free and highly effective.

I also panicked when my report came back showing fatty liver and wanted a quick fix in two weeks. Did anyone else feel really anxious about this? I realized later that stressing doesn't help, we just have to commit to long-term diet changes.

At 51, my liver has seen a lot of action, and it certainly won't fix itself in two weeks. It took me a year of ignoring my doctor's warnings to finally start behaving. Just drop the fried samosas and accept that this is a long journey, my friend.
