Make sure you are drinking enough water even if you don't feel very thirsty in winters, as hydration affects your scalp too. Also, sweating during workouts can sometimes build up if you don't wash your hair soon after. Just keep your diet clean and cut down on extra sugary treats.

Sardi ke mausam mein sarr bohot jaldi sookh jata hai. Aap thoda sa nariyal tel halka garm karke lagaya karein, par usse thodi der baad dho dein. Zyada der tel lagakar rakhne se dandruff aur badh sakta hai.

Avoid taking very hot water baths during winters, as it strips all the natural oils from your scalp and causes dry flakes. Use lukewarm water instead. A little aloe vera gel applied on the scalp before washing also keeps it calm and healthy.

Maintaining good blood circulation helps a lot with scalp health, so try to keep up with your daily walks or light exercise even in the cold weather. Just make sure to wash your scalp if you sweat. A healthy active lifestyle makes a noticeable difference overall.

Please don't go putting onion juice or random spices on your head just because someone on the internet recommended it. Half of these DIY winter hacks will only irritate your skin further. If the scaling is bad, go see a dermatologist and get a medicated lotion.

Our bodies react to changing seasons, and winter dryness is just nature's way of reminding us to slow down and care for ourselves. Keep your mind calm, practice deep breathing, and gently nourish your scalp. When you are peaceful inside, your skin and hair reflect that harmony.
