How to reduce chances of prostate cancer?

My doctor recently told me that my PSA levels are slightly elevated, and he mentioned prostate cancer risk. I'm keen to know if there are any dietary or lifestyle changes I can make to reduce my chances of developing this condition.

Focusing on a healthy lifestyle and staying physically active can help a lot. Don't worry too much, just eat fresh food and stay happy.

We go to a reputed hospital in Delhi for our health checkups. I highly recommend discussing the pros and cons of PSA screening with an experienced urologist.

My urologist mentioned that keeping a healthy BMI and limiting red meat significantly reduces risk. He also advised that any urinary issues should be diagnosed immediately to rule out hyperplasia.

I got treated for early-stage prostate cancer last year. Regular PSA blood tests after age 50 saved my life, so please get screened yearly without fail.

My family focuses on a diet rich in green tea, broccoli, and pomegranates to stay healthy. I make sure my husband and elder son stay active and avoid processed meats completely.

Include cooked tomatoes in your diet, as they have lycopene which is good for prostate health. But remember, traditional foods only support health, regular medical checkups are a must.
