How to reduce carpal tunnel pain?

Including anti-inflammatory foods like turmeric and ginger in your daily diet can help ease joint inflammation. Avoid processed foods that can increase swelling around the wrist nerves.

As someone who types all day, my wrists used to ache so badly. Buying an ergonomic mouse and wearing a wrist splint at night changed my life completely.

Take regular 5-minute breaks from your laptop and stretch your fingers. If the numbness in your thumb and fingers persists, stop self-treating and consult a neurologist.

I waited too long to treat my wrist numbness and ended up needing surgery because the nerve was severely compressed. Please get a proper diagnosis early from an orthopedic doctor.

When my wrist hurts from making heavy rotis or typing reviews, I use an ice pack on my wrist. It acts fast so I can get back to cooking and eating in peace.

My wrist hurts so much from coding late nights that I can barely hold my morning tea cup. Wearing a cheap wrist brace and doing basic hand stretches is the only way I survive.
