How to reduce blood acidity?

My blood reports came back, and the doctor mentioned something about my blood being 'a little acidic' and that it could affect my health long-term. I'm trying to eat healthier now. What foods or lifestyle changes can help reduce blood acidity naturally?

Staying hydrated is key for your kidneys to flush out toxins and maintain the body's natural balance. Focus on eating whole foods, green vegetables, and staying active rather than falling for expensive alkaline water trends. Your body is already great at detoxifying itself if you give it clean fuel.

Look, your body naturally regulates its blood pH balance very strictly through your kidneys and lungs; you cannot change it just by eating alkaline foods. If you are talking about regular stomach acidity, cut down on spicy, oily food and tea. If you actually have medical blood acidosis, go to a hospital immediately as it is a serious emergency.

Many people confuse stomach acidity with blood pH, which are two very different things. For general gastric health, having a glass of cold milk or coconut water can soothe the burning sensation. But for any actual systemic blood health issues, please consult an internist for proper blood tests.

Haan, modern diets can make us feel so heavy and acidic, but blood acidity is a major medical issue na. Just keep your lifestyle simple, eat seasonal fruits, and avoid too much junk food. If you are feeling unusually weak or breathless, please consult a doc immediately.

Unless you are a chemistry lab experiment, your blood is doing a great job of keeping its pH perfectly balanced on its own! Don't let internet gurus scare you into eating only raw grass to 'alkalize' yourself. Just enjoy your balanced home meals and drink enough water!

I am a bit confused because I keep seeing ads for alkaline water filters that claim to clean your blood. Does anyone here actually use them, or is it just a marketing trick to sell expensive machines? I would love to know if it really makes any difference to overall health.
