Gentle movement is very necessary to reduce inflammation. Practicing simple joints movements (Sukshma Vyayama) along with daily pranayama helped me regain flexibility. It keeps the energy flowing without putting stress on the body.

I panicked and cried when my blood test showed high inflammation markers, thinking my joints were ruined. But with proper medication and lifestyle changes, the levels came back to normal. It is not as hopeless as it seems!

It is so hard to manage, yaar! I actually started adding turmeric and ginger extract to my morning tea, and it really helps with the daily body stiffness. Natural anti-inflammatories work slowly but they do make a difference.

I used a health tracker to monitor my sleep and food triggers, and noticed that sleeping less than 6 hours directly increased my joint pain. Improving my sleep cycle and drinking 3 liters of water daily helped reduce my inflammation significantly.

Regular low-impact exercise like swimming or walking is excellent for reducing inflammation. It keeps the synovial fluid moving in the joints. Just make sure your doctor gives the green light before starting any workout program.

I can't even sleep because my knees feel like they are on fire half the time. Honestly, putting cold ice packs on the swollen joints is the only thing that gives me enough relief to catch a few hours of sleep.

My joints are currently having a party and everyone is invited except me! I have cut down on my weekly pakoras and alcohol to curb the flare-ups. A clean diet really is the only way to stop the internal burning.

Don't stress, we can manage this. First, focus on reducing inflammatory foods like white sugar and refined flour from your diet. Keep taking your doctor's prescribed medicine regularly, and don't skip checkups.
