I know how scary it feels when joints start creaking and hurting, the fear of losing your mobility is very real. But please don't panic. Many people manage arthritis beautifully with early medical guidance and minor lifestyle changes.

Keep your mind peaceful and positive, as stress only increases bodily inflammation. Eating fresh, simple vegetarian food and practicing gentle gratitude daily can help soothe the body. Take your prescribed medicines on time and trust the healing process.

It is so annoying, yaar! My mom has this and cold weather actually makes her joint pain worse. She has started drinking turmeric milk (haldi doodh) every night and it has really helped reduce the morning stiffness.

I don't know much about medical treatments, but in my experience, losing about 5 kgs of weight made a massive difference to my knee pain. Less pressure on the joints really helps control the everyday ache.

Bhai, for joint pain, you must avoid sour foods like curd and pickles, as they increase the pain. Massaging the knees with warm sesame oil (til ka tel) in the morning sun gives great relief. Do take care of your health.

My mother was recently told she might have early arthritis. We are quite confused about where to start. Do we need to see a rheumatologist immediately, or can simple home exercises help in the beginning?
