How to reduce acidity in coffee?

Every morning I have coffee, but lately, I've been feeling some acidity after drinking it. My friend suggested it might be the coffee itself. Are there specific ways to prepare it or certain types of beans that can reduce this problem?

I was reading about this because coffee always upsets my stomach. Apparently, adding a tiny pinch of salt or baking soda to your coffee grounds before brewing can neutralize the high acid level. I am definitely trying this tomorrow.

I had to stop drinking my morning coffee due to severe acid reflux. Switched to cold brew coffee instead, which is naturally much less acidic, and now my stomach is completely fine. Give it a try!

Hey, don't stress too much about giving up your daily caffeine fix! Just add a splash of milk or almond milk to cut the acidity down. Dark roast coffee beans also have much less acid than light roasts.

Honestly, late-night study sessions are impossible without coffee, but the acidity was killing me. I started adding a tiny pinch of cinnamon powder to my cup and it really helped soothe my stomach.

I felt so miserable when my doctor told me to stop coffee because of my gastritis. But finding low-acid coffee brands and adding milk saved my mornings. It is hard to change your habits, but you'll find a way.

If coffee is giving you acidity, try not to drink it on an empty stomach before your morning workout. Have a banana first, or switch to dark roast beans which are much gentler on the gut.

No need for fancy solutions. Just brew your coffee with a bit of chicory or use a french press. Drinking a glass of water right before your coffee also helps protect your stomach lining.
