I have been getting bad stomach burning after lunch recently. Does drinking cold milk really help, or does it make it worse later? I am a bit confused on what to try first.

Bro, don't stress too much about it! Just cut down on those late-night spicy cravings and drink lots of water. Having a cup of cold milk or coconut water in the morning works like magic, trust me.

Does anyone else get severe chest pain with acidity? Sometimes it scares me so much, even though the doctor said it is just reflux. How do you all manage to keep it under control daily?

I used to suffer from constant acidity every morning. For me, eating dinner by 8 PM and avoiding tea on an empty stomach worked wonders. But if it is very severe for you, definitely consult a doctor.

While mild acidity is common, frequent chest burning should not be ignored. It is always safer to consult a gastroenterologist to rule out any ulcers or GERD before starting any home remedies.

My teenager was getting bad acidity due to exam stress and junk food. I started giving her simple buttermilk with roasted cumin powder after lunch, and it helped cool her stomach. Keep food simple and light.
