Don't jump to expensive private tests immediately. Go to a good local clinic first, let the doctor examine you, and if they recommend an ultrasound, compare prices at standard diagnostic labs to save some money.

Please don't try random herbal remedies or home tips you read online for stomach pain. Abdominal issues can be anything from appendix to infection, so get a proper clinical diagnosis from a real doctor.

I completely understand how terrifying abdominal pain can be, your mind immediately goes to the worst-case scenario. Try to breathe calmly. Most of the time it is just gas or acidity, but visiting a doctor will give you peace of mind.

My mother always tells me to drink warm water with a pinch of hing for stomach pain. It helps with gas, but if the pain is persistent, we always visit our family doctor. Please don't ignore it if it hurts a lot.

Abdominal pain can mean a hundred different things. If it is sharp, sudden, or on the lower right side, go to an emergency room immediately instead of searching for remedies online.

As someone with PCOS, pelvic and abdominal pain is quite common for me, but I never ignore new types of pain. It is safer to get an ultrasound done to be sure. Please take care and consult your gynecologist or doctor.

Whenever I get terrible stomach aches from eating hostel food, I just use a hot water bag and skip spicy stuff for two days. But yeah, if it is serious pain, don't ignore it, just go to the medical room.
