For mild stomach pain, drinking warm water and avoiding oily food for a day usually helps me. But everyone's body is different, so if the pain is sharp or doesn't go away, it is best to consult a doctor.

Abdomen pain can be related to many underlying issues, from gas to hormonal imbalances. It is always best to consult a doctor and get regular blood tests or scans done to find the exact cause instead of guessing.

Please rest and try drinking some warm water. If the pain is severe, please do not wait and visit a clinic soon. Take care.

I agree, a hot water bag pressed against the stomach helps relax the muscles quickly. But do see a doctor if it is sharp pain.

In my experience, modern lifestyle and irregular eating habits are the main culprits for stomach aches. Eating simple home-cooked meals on time and walking a bit after dinner will solve most of these issues. If it is severe, show it to a doctor.

If it is just mild gas or bloating pain, a gentle 15-minute walk can help release the pressure. However, if the pain is severe or sharp, avoid any physical activity and get it checked by a doctor first.
