How to recover from lack of sleep fast?

Since my baby was born, I barely get any sleep. I feel constantly tired and foggy. Is there any way to recover from this lack of sleep quickly, even just a little bit?

Same here, a 20-minute power nap in the afternoon really helps me reset my brain instantly.

Don't waste money on expensive sleep supplements or fancy sleep apps. Just make your room dark, put your phone on silent, and sleep for free. If you are constantly tired, a basic vitamin D and B12 blood test at a local lab is cheap and worth checking.

Dheere-dheere apna samay badaliye, raat ko jaldi sone ki koshish kijiye. Sone se pehle haath-panv dho lijiye aur thoda gunguna doodh pi lijiye, bahut badhiya neend aayegi.

If you need to function today after a sleepless night, skip the heavy lunch as it will make you drowsy. Keep your hydration high with water, and take a quick 15-minute power nap during lunch break. It's the most efficient way to survive the workday.

I used to work night shifts and messed up my sleep completely. The trick is to never oversleep on weekends to 'make up' for it, as it ruins your schedule further. Keep a consistent wake-up time, even if you slept late the night before.

Hey, don't stress too much about missing a night of sleep, our bodies are quite resilient! Just take it easy today, order some light food, and head to bed early tonight. Your body will naturally catch up.

Avoid drinking coffee or energy drinks late in the evening to fight tiredness, as they will keep you awake tonight too. Drink coconut water for a natural energy boost and let your body wind down naturally by 10 PM.
