How to read nutrition labels for weight loss?

I'm on a weight loss journey and trying to make healthier food choices. I find nutrition labels overwhelming sometimes. Can someone guide me on how to effectively read nutrition labels for weight loss?

haan na, weight loss ke liye labels dekhna kitna jaroori hai! Sabse pehle serving size dekho, ho na. Kai baar hum sochte hain calories kam hain, par pure packet me teen-chaar serving hoti hain. Toh hamesha total calories calculation dhyan se karo.

When you look at the label, focus on two main things: protein and dietary fiber. For weight loss, you want foods that keep you full longer, so higher fiber (above 3-5g per serving) and decent protein are great. Try to keep saturated fats and artificial sweeteners to a minimum.

It's all about the macros and calorie density. Check the calories per 100g to see how energy-dense the food is, and look at the protein-to-carb ratio. Try to pick foods where the carbs aren't just empty sugars, and pair your clean diet with regular lifting for the best results.

Actually, those 'diet' or 'low fat' snacks are a trap, yaar. When they remove fat, they usually add tons of sugar to keep it tasty. Always check the 'Sugars' line under carbs; if it's high, it will just spike your insulin and stop weight loss.

I always check the source of ingredients on the label of any vegetarian snack. Make sure the first few ingredients are whole grains or pulses, not maida or palm oil. High dietary fiber and low sugar are the keys to healthy, sustainable weight loss.

I always scan the barcode using my fitness tracking app to quickly log the calories and macros. It's much easier than doing the math manually! Just make sure the 'trans fat' is absolutely zero and the sodium level is low so you don't hold water weight.

Bhai, piche jo chart bana hota hai, usme 'Calories' aur 'Saturated Fat' dekha karo. Agar fat aur meetha zyada hai, toh use mat khayein. Sabse accha toh yahi hoga ki ghar ka taja khana khayein aur thoda kam tel ka upyog karein.
