How to put sleep mode on instagram?

I spend too much time scrolling Instagram, especially late at night. I heard there's a 'sleep mode' or 'quiet mode' feature. How do I put sleep mode on Instagram to limit my usage?

There is a feature called 'Quiet Mode' in Instagram. Just go to your profile settings, click on Notifications, and turn on Quiet Mode to pause all notifications during your sleeping hours.

It is beautiful to take a break from the digital world and connect with your inner self. You can activate 'Quiet Mode' in the app settings to keep notifications silent so you can sleep peacefully.

In our days we didn't have these phones to disturb our sleep. The best setting is to switch off the internet after 9 PM and drink a glass of warm milk to sleep peacefully.

Turning on Quiet Mode in Instagram notifications is a great way to wind down. Pair this digital detox with a light dinner like oats or khichdi at least two hours before bed for much better sleep quality.

Bro, just search for 'Quiet Mode' in the Instagram settings. You can set a daily timer there so it stops sending you those late-night reels. Don't stress, your friends can wait till morning!

You can find this option under Settings > Notifications > Quiet Mode in the app. Hope this helps you get some quiet, uninterrupted rest tonight.

My kids use this 'Quiet Mode' feature so they are not disturbed while sleeping. It is very good for reducing screen time. If phone addiction is causing you severe insomnia, please speak to a doctor.
