How to put computer in sleep mode?

My electricity bill is quite high, and I think my computer might be using a lot of power even when I'm not actively working on it. How can I put my computer in sleep mode properly to save electricity?

On Windows, just click the Start button, tap the Power icon, and select 'Sleep'. If you are having severe sleep issues due to late-night computer work, please consult a specialist at a good hospital rather than self-treating.

Click Start, select Power, and click Sleep. To soothe your eyes after screen time, wash them with cool water. But if you have persistent, severe eye pain or migraines, do see an eye doctor immediately.

I used to sit at my desk crying because of work stress and not knowing how to shut off my mind. Putting your computer to sleep is as simple as clicking Start > Power > Sleep. Give yourself permission to disconnect.

To put the system to sleep, click the start menu and choose sleep from the power options. Once the computer is asleep, take a deep breath, close your eyes, and try the Anulom Vilom pranayama to relax your brain.

Click Start > Power > Sleep. Once your PC is asleep, step away from the desk and go for a brisk 15-minute walk outside. It is excellent for your posture and cardiovascular health.

Computer ke start button par jaakar power wale chitra ko chuein aur sleep daba dein. Bahut aasan hai, isse computer band nahi hota par dhyan se so jata hai.

Just go to the Start menu, tap the power button, and click Sleep. Make sure to also stay hydrated with warm herbal teas instead of drinking coffee late in the evening while working on your computer.
