How to prevent transmission of tb?

My colleague was diagnosed with TB, and now I'm worried about contracting it myself. What are the best ways to prevent the transmission of TB? I want to make sure I'm safe.

Beta, if someone has TB, keep separate utensils and wash them thoroughly. Also, ensure good ventilation in the room. Some people believe tulsi and turmeric milk help build immunity, but these are for general health, not a cure for TB. Always consult a doctor.

Stay positive and take good care of yourself and your loved ones. Practicing good hygiene and ensuring healthy food helps. Remember, our body is a temple, so nurture it with kindness and care. Seek medical guidance always.

I've dealt with this in my family. The most important thing is for the patient to complete their full course of medication without fail. For others, ventilation is key, keep windows open. And avoid sharing personal items. Masks are a must if you're in close contact.

It's good you're thinking about prevention. Basic hygiene and being careful when around someone who has it are important. Just be mindful.

For general immunity, eating fresh fruits and vegetables and some sunlight helps. But TB is serious, so if someone is infected, they absolutely need to see a proper doctor and follow the treatment plan. Home remedies alone won't work for something like this.
