How to prevent tia stroke?

My brother recently had a TIA, and the doctor said it's a warning sign for a bigger stroke. What steps can he take to prevent a full-blown TIA stroke from happening? We're all very concerned.

For preventing TIA (mini-stroke), controlling blood pressure is very important. Gentle yoga and pranayama can help manage stress, which often affects BP. Also, a light, sattvic diet and regular, mindful walking can improve circulation and overall well-being. Listen to your body and consult a doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

TIA stroke, ah, another thing to worry about as you get older, haan? My doctor keeps telling me to eat less salt and move more. Also, apparently, getting your blood pressure checked regularly is key. And if you're like me and love a good cigarette, well, that's gotta go. It's a lot of work just to stay alive these days!

Preventing TIA, especially for someone with diabetes like me, means meticulous management of blood sugar levels. High sugar can damage blood vessels. Also, keeping blood pressure and cholesterol strictly in check is critical. Eat a low-carb, whole-food diet and get regular checks with your doctor and endocrinologist.

With high BP, I know all about stroke risk. To prevent TIA, managing your blood pressure is the absolute top priority. Take your medications religiously, reduce salt intake, and exercise regularly. Also, don't smoke. Regular check-ups with your doctor are crucial to monitor your numbers.

Beta, TIA is a warning sign, so it's good you're asking. From my experience, managing your diet, keeping a healthy weight, and staying active makes a big difference. Don't ignore things like high blood pressure or diabetes if you have them. Regular visits to the doctor will keep you safe.
