Shin pain can be really annoying, I've been there! I found that proper shoes with good arch support make a huge difference. Also, don't suddenly increase your walking distance or speed; build it up slowly. Stretching your calves and shins before and after helps too.

Bhaiya, shin pain is usually because you walk too much or your shoes are not good. Try wearing comfortable slippers or walking shoes. And when you feel pain, rest for some time. Don't push too much. Some oil massage can also give relief, like mustard oil.

Please don't ignore shin pain! I thought it was just muscle soreness and kept walking, and it turned into something worse. Get proper shoes, yes, but also consider seeing a physiotherapist or a doctor if it persists. It could be shin splints or something else that needs attention.

Shin pain could be related to various things. For general foot health, especially with diabetes, proper footwear is paramount to prevent any issues. Also, make sure you're getting enough calcium and Vitamin D for bone strength. If the pain is constant, do consult your doctor.

For shin pain, realistically, ensure you have well-cushioned shoes, especially if you're on your feet a lot. Don't skip warm-ups or cool-downs if you're exercising. If it's bothering you daily, a quick consultation with a physio will save you time and discomfort in the long run.

Shin pain is usually from improper form or overdoing it. First, check your shoes; they need to be supportive and not too old. Second, incorporate specific shin stretches and strengthening exercises. Don't increase your activity level too quickly. If it's severe, get it checked for shin splints or stress fractures.
