I have PCOS and I'm trying to conceive. I've heard that women with PCOS have a higher risk of miscarriage. What steps can I take to prevent miscarriage if I have PCOS?

With PCOS, managing hormones is key. I use apps to track my cycles and symptoms, which helps my doctor understand my pattern better. Also, a balanced diet with low glycemic index foods, monitored through a food tracking app, helps a lot to keep blood sugar stable. It's all about consistency.

My sister has PCOS and was advised to keep her BP in check strictly during pregnancy. Regular doctor visits to monitor blood pressure and overall health are very important. Also, a healthy lifestyle with light exercise, as approved by the doctor, can help a lot.

PCOS mein bahut dhyan rakhna padta hai, ho na? My doctor told me it's super important to manage stress and eat home-cooked, healthy food. Sometimes even small lifestyle changes can make a big impact in hormone balance. Consult your gynaec regularly, that's the main thing.

For PCOS, weight management through a clean diet and consistent exercise really helps balance hormones. Not saying go hit the gym hard, but regular walking, some strength training, and cutting down on processed stuff can make a big difference in regulating your body for pregnancy.

I've been reading up on this a lot for a friend. It seems like maintaining a healthy weight, exercising, and eating a diet low in refined carbs are common recommendations. Also, getting early and consistent medical care seems to be universally advised for PCOS pregnancies.

I totally get how worrying this can be with PCOS. It's already a challenge. The best thing is to work closely with your doctor from the very beginning. They might suggest specific supplements or medications to support the pregnancy. Don't hesitate to ask all your questions.
