Ugh, menstrual migraines are the absolute worst! I get them too. What helps me sometimes is cutting down on caffeine and chocolate around that time. Also, keeping a regular sleep schedule and staying hydrated. If it's really bad, talk to your gynae, they might suggest specific birth control or meds.

Girl, I feel you! Menstrual migraines are brutal. Don't stress too much, but definitely track your cycle and symptoms so you can anticipate them. My doc suggested trying magnesium and B2 supplements, and it actually helped a bit. Also, try to avoid your common migraine triggers around that time. And if all else fails, just curl up and let it pass!

Menstrual migraines? Oh, so you mean 'my head feels like it's hosting a rock concert with no backstage pass to relief' kinda pain? 😂 Honestly, less screen time, more dark room, and my doc said magnesium supplements sometimes help. But mostly, I just wish for sleep. And no, coffee just makes it worse for me. Good luck, sister!

For menstrual migraines, consistency is key. Maintain a regular sleep pattern, eat at fixed times, and manage stress proactively. If they are severe, consult your gynecologist; hormonal birth control is often prescribed to regulate hormone fluctuations. Over-the-counter painkillers usually don't cut it, so don't delay professional advice. Time is precious, don't suffer needlessly.

Beti, I remember those days. Such intense pain. What worked for me over the years was a combination of things. Regular, light yoga to keep the body flexible, eating fresh food and avoiding processed things, and honestly, learning to manage my stress. But always talk to your lady doctor, they have newer medicines now to help you better than in my time. Don't suffer in silence.

I get these awful headaches right before my period, and they totally knock me out. It makes me so anxious every month. Does anyone else get them so bad that it affects their daily life? Have you found anything that truly helps, or is it just something we have to live with?
