Oh god, winter dandruff is my nightmare! I always get so anxious about my scalp flaking. Make sure you're using a good anti-dandruff shampoo that suits you, and don't wash your hair with very hot water. Also, don't let your scalp get too dry. It's a common struggle!

Betiyan, in winter, the air becomes very dry. For dandruff, you can try warm oil massage with coconut or almond oil, leave it overnight, and then wash. Some people also put a little curd or lemon juice on the scalp before washing, it helps. But do it gently, and if it increases, then use a good shampoo.

Even for dandruff, diet and overall health play a part. Make sure you're getting enough zinc and B vitamins. Also, hygiene is key. Washing hair regularly, especially after a sweaty workout, prevents buildup. Don't let your scalp get too dry in winter; a good hair oil or specific anti-dandruff solution might be needed.

Hey bestie! Winter dandruff is literally the worst, same here! Don't stress too much, it's super common. Just get a good anti-dandruff shampoo (my derm recommended one with ketoconazole), use it a few times a week, and try to keep your scalp moisturized with some light oil. You'll be fine!

Winter dryness definitely affects the scalp. While I focus on general health, for dandruff, a good anti-dandruff shampoo is essential. Also, make sure your diet is balanced; sometimes deficiencies can affect skin and scalp health. Regular exercise helps improve blood circulation to the scalp too.

Winter brings dry air, so scalp gets dry too, that's why dandruff increases. The simplest solution is to use a good quality anti-dandruff shampoo, like a Head & Shoulders or Selsun Blue, a couple of times a week. Also, don't forget to oil your hair regularly to keep the scalp moisturized.

Oh, winter dandruff is such a pain! ❄️ I swear by a good anti-dandruff shampoo, use it regularly! Also, try not to wash your hair with super hot water, it dries out the scalp. And oiling definitely helps! Stay cozy! 😊
