How to prevent computer from going to sleep?

This is not exactly health-related, but my computer keeps going to sleep when I'm watching something online or reading for a long time. It's really annoying. How do I prevent my computer from going to sleep automatically?

This is totally off-topic for health, but if you're stuck at your computer, remember to take breaks! Even if your computer doesn't sleep, your body needs to. Get up, walk around, stretch. Good for preventing aches and maintaining focus.

For computer settings, you need to go into your power options. On Windows, search for 'Power & sleep settings' and adjust the 'Screen' and 'Sleep' times. For MacOS, it's in 'System Settings' under 'Displays' or 'Battery'. This is a technical question, not medical, so no doctor's advice needed here!

Oh, this happened to me a lot during WFH! I used to just go into the power settings on my laptop and change the 'sleep' time to 'never' when plugged in. For Mac, there's a similar setting in System Preferences. It's practical, but remember to save power when you can!

Umm, this is a tech question, not a health one. You can change power settings in your computer's control panel or system preferences. No internet 'remedies' needed for this one, just basic computer knowledge. Don't verify with a doctor, verify with Google for your OS.

This is about computers, not health directly. But spending too much time on the computer is not good for BP, you know. Make sure you take breaks. For the computer, just go to your 'Power Options' in control panel and adjust the sleep settings there. Simple.

Bhai, go to your computer's settings. Search for 'Power & sleep settings' or 'Energy Saver' if it's a Mac. You can adjust the time it takes for the screen to turn off and for the computer to go to sleep. Set it to 'Never' if you want. Done.

This isn't a health query, but if you're spending so much time on the computer that you need it to stay awake constantly, please ensure you're also taking care of your eyes and posture. Long hours can lead to issues. For preventing computer sleep, check your system's power settings. For your health, please see a doctor if you experience discomfort.

This is a technical setting, not a health one. Just go to your computer's power settings and change the sleep options. For safety, ensure you're taking regular breaks from the screen to protect your eyes and avoid strain, even if the computer doesn't sleep.
