I can only share my personal experience here, not medical advice. I try to maintain a very clean diet, minimal sugar, lots of water. And I brush religiously with a non-fluoride toothpaste and use a water flosser. It's been working for me, but everyone's body is different.

This is a tricky one, especially since fluoride is so commonly recommended. If you're looking to avoid it, you'd need to be extremely disciplined with your diet and oral hygiene. Regular brushing with a good technique, flossing, and limiting sugars are crucial. But it's best to discuss this choice with a dental professional for proper guidance, just like with any health decision for PCOS.

Without fluoride, you'd have to be super strict with your lifestyle, like controlling BP. Cut down on all sugary stuff, even hidden sugars in processed foods. Brush thoroughly after every meal and floss daily without fail. Regular dental check-ups are even more important to catch any small issues early.

It's understandable to look for alternatives if you have concerns about fluoride. It can feel overwhelming to navigate these health choices. If you're avoiding fluoride, meticulous oral hygiene – brushing, flossing, and regular rinsing – becomes even more critical. And definitely talk to a holistic dentist if you can find one, they might have specific recommendations.

Okay, so if you're actively avoiding fluoride, you need to be very, very careful. Don't just pick up any random internet remedy. The science behind fluoride for cavity prevention is strong. If you choose not to use it, you need extremely diligent mechanical cleaning (brushing, flossing) and diet control. Please consult a dentist who understands your preference and can guide you safely.

If you're opting out of fluoride, your dental hygiene game needs to be super strong. Think brushing and flossing diligently after every meal, limiting all forms of sugar (even natural ones sometimes), and choosing foods that actually help clean your teeth, like raw veggies. Regular dentist check-ups are even more non-negotiable.

No fluoride? Oh god, that sounds like a lot of work! I barely manage to brush twice a day with fluoride, how will I do it without? I guess no sugar ever, and maybe brush after every single bite of food? My only advice is good luck, and stock up on dental floss!

This is a big concern for me too, I've been researching non-fluoride options. I try oil pulling and brushing with natural toothpastes. But I still get anxious if it's enough. Has anyone else here successfully prevented cavities long-term without fluoride? I'd love to hear your experiences.

If you're specifically avoiding fluoride, you need to understand the increased risk. It's not something to take lightly. The only safe way to do this is under professional guidance. Get regular dental check-ups, probably more frequently, and discuss your concerns and chosen methods with your dentist so they can monitor you properly. Safety first always.

Hey! If you're trying to avoid fluoride, you just have to be extra, extra good about everything else. Brush really well, floss every single day, and seriously cut down on sugary drinks and snacks. And don't skip your dentist appointments, they can keep an eye on things. Don't stress too much, just be consistent!

Bhai, without fluoride, you're on hard mode. No sugar, no sugary drinks, clean your teeth properly after every meal, and floss religiously. That's it. No shortcuts. And go to the dentist every six months without fail. Otherwise, be ready for fillings.

That's an interesting question. I've heard about people trying to avoid fluoride. From what I've read, it basically means you have to be super disciplined with your diet, like drastically reducing sugar, and maintaining really, really good oral hygiene habits. It definitely seems like a more challenging path.
