For kids, please don't trust every 'natural' remedy you read online. Fluoride is important for strengthening their enamel. The best way is proper brushing twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste, limiting sugary drinks, and definitely regular dentist visits. Always verify with your pediatrician or a pediatric dentist.

Diet plays a huge role, not just for muscles, but teeth too! Limit processed sugars for kids, they stick to teeth and cause issues. Encourage water over sugary drinks. And yeah, proper brushing is like their daily workout for teeth. Consistency is key.

My daughter just had some fillings done, so I'm fresh with this! Our dentist stressed consistency. Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste (pea-sized amount for younger kids), floss, and avoid giving them sugary drinks before bed. Also, limit grazing on snacks throughout the day.

Children's teeth need good care. Make sure they brush well. After eating sweets, tell them to rinse their mouth properly with water. Some people use neem datun also, but for children, a soft brush and toothpaste is best. And visit the dentist like we used to visit the vaidya for small issues.

Oh, my son used to get so many cavities! I tried everything from neem twigs to special toothpastes. What actually worked was making brushing a fun routine, using a good fluoride toothpaste specifically for kids, and cutting down on juice and candies. And regular checkups are a must, they can put fluoride varnish.

As a vegetarian, I'm very particular about diet, and it applies to kids' teeth too. Focus on fresh fruits, vegetables, and calcium-rich foods like paneer or dairy. Avoid anything processed or super sticky. And teach them to rinse their mouth after eating anything sugary, even fruit.

Bhai, for kids, simple rule: brush twice a day, every day, with a good fluoride paste. Cut down on chocolates and sugary drinks. And take them to the dentist for a check-up every six months, no excuses. Prevention is better than drilling, na?

For kids' dental health, especially preventing cavities, it's really best to consult a pediatric dentist. Sometimes what seems like a simple issue can lead to complications if not addressed properly. They can guide you on proper brushing techniques and diet for your child's age.

Please don't ignore even small signs of decay in kids' teeth. I made that mistake with my elder one, thinking 'oh, they're just milk teeth'. Ended up with more complex procedures than needed. Regular check-ups with a pediatric dentist are super important to catch things early.

For kids, it's all about making brushing fun! 🎉 Use a yummy toothpaste, let them pick their brush, and maybe sing a song while they brush for two minutes. Also, try to give less sugary snacks and drinks. And don't forget those regular dentist visits! 😄
