How to prevent cavities in adults?

I'm not a kid anymore, but I still get cavities, which is frustrating. Is there anything specific adults should do to prevent cavities that might be different from kids' dental care?

For adults, it's pretty similar to kids but sometimes we get lazy, right? Make sure you're brushing thoroughly, especially along the gumline, and don't skip flossing. My dentist also recommended a fluoride mouthwash for me since I was prone to them. And those six-month checkups are non-negotiable!

Actually, regular oil pulling with sesame oil can help keep your mouth clean and healthy, I've heard. And good old neem datun is also very good. But for any pain or serious discomfort, please don't delay, see a proper dentist quickly, don't just rely on home remedies.

Cavities in adults? Man, just another thing to worry about after paying bills and trying to get 8 hours of sleep. My only prevention tip is trying to remember to brush before I crash. And maybe cut down on those late-night sweet cravings. Good luck to us all!

A mindful approach to oral care is important. After every meal, try to rinse your mouth with water. Eating fresh, fibrous fruits like apples can naturally clean your teeth. And gentle, thorough brushing with conscious breath helps, not just for teeth but for overall well-being.

Just like with my thyroid, I've learned that consistency and proper medical guidance are key for dental health too. Regular dental check-ups are essential, and if you have any underlying health conditions, discuss them with your dentist, as they can sometimes impact oral health. Don't skip follow-ups!
